Sydney Weblogger Meetup

I attended the Sydney Weblogger Meetup last night, and of course we got on to the subject of Life In Chippendale.

I already new that fellow blogger and PR consultant Trevor Cook had represented the company that introduced light rail to Sydney — a topic which I've only written about one or two or three or four or five times...

(OK, I come from Melbourne, live in the city and am obsessed with urban planning and the environment. What do you expect me to write about?)

Anyway, the nice little close-the-loop connection was that he lived in Myrtle St in his student days.

Alan Jones
, Trevor Cook, many of my old friends — where have all the old residents gone? It seems like everyone has done their time here, and then moved out to the boondocks or up to the harbour...
